Screening Process

All Therapy Placement Services candidates are thoroughly screened and interviewed before hire and placement. Our screening process requires:

• A minimum of three professional references
• At least one reference from a supervisor appropriate for the clinical setting in which the candidate plans to work.
• Nationwide criminal background checks for the preceding 7 years.
• OIG sanctions
• State licensure verification
• Professional Liability Disclosure
• Clinical skills assessment
• JCAHO compliance
