Occupational Therapist with Skilled Nursing or Long Term care experience needed for on-call needs in Vancouver, WA. Weekends needed for OT evaluations. Daily needs for on-call OT for high census and vacations days.
Requirements:
Washington State OT License
CPR certification
2 PPD tests/TB test results
Experience on any EMR
