Job Description:
Physical Therapist needed for an OP clinic in Salem, Oregon. This is an assignment for about 3 months to cover a 12 week leave of absence. Starts on or about February 9th, 2015.
Requirements:
Physical Therapy license in Oregon
Must have 3-5 Years of Experience in OP for this particular assignment
Must be available through April 17, 2015
