Job Description:
Physical Therapist needed to take up Home Health contracts for PT On Call in Portland, Oregon. We are located in Vancouver, WA so of course so we have a lot of assignments in this area. Specifically looking for 2-3 PT’s to work in Portland mostly but some orders are servicing neighboring cities like Oregon City, Forest Grove, Gresham and Canby, all Portland area cities though!
Requirements:
Oregon Physical Therapy License
1 year Home Health Experience
