Job Description:
On-call Speech Language Pathologist needed for Home Health agency in Portland, Oregon. Looking for an SLP that can help with evaluations on a weekly basis 1 – 2 times per week off and on. Therapist would make appointment, write up evaluation and be available again to patient if a follow up appointment is necessary.
Requirements:
Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
ASHA Certification and Card
Oasis Training or Experience
Home Health Experience
